Not Hotness…Hot Mess. Because that’s visually what it is.

I’m perfectly aware that this blog design is unfinished and not pretty to look at. Not making excuses. I’ve had plenty of time to make it what I want it to be. The problem is…what IS that? I’ve changed the layout 3x, although the basic color scheme and style will always stay intact; because it’s my branding and I don’t really stray from that. Ever.

Another issue of indecision lies in the overall tone of my blog. Do I want focus on the personal aspects of my everyday life or the professional? Frankly, I’m divided and will probably do a hybrid of both. Blogs that have motley mix of information + fluff = goodness(interestHeld).

At this point in my life, I’m not really restricting myself to anything. So if you see cartoons of bears & sheep on the header, or visual extractions of my Halo triumphs worked into the nav…it is what it is.

Yeah, this blog will probably have a smattering of my work on here, but as the core, it’s going to be a blog. A collection of random thoughts and wild whims.

Tempted to put an animated GIF on here that reminds everyone to “Check Back!” or “Under Construction”. That’s not going to happen though. There will be plenty of opportunities for banner ad nostalgia in my next post. *awkward wink*
